In July 2019, the Whitman family received the devastating news that their sweet 2 year old daughter had neuroblastoma. Daisy is currently being treated at U Chicago Medicine Comer Children’s Hospital. Her mom shared the following about Daisy: “Daisy enjoyed doing family outings and watching her brothers play sports. Now that she is undergoing chemo, she cannot go out because of all of the germs that will make her very sick. Because of cancer, Daisy’s family has to make a lot of compromises to keep her safe.”
