Crystal, a courageous and spirited 16-year-old with a heart as strong as her fight against neuroblastoma.

Crystal is a strong and resilient 16-year-old currently undergoing treatment for high-risk neuroblastoma at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Since her diagnosis, Crystal has begun an intensive treatment journey that includes chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, bone marrow transplant, and antibody therapy over the next 18 months. Despite the challenges ahead, Crystal continues to face her battle with courage while surrounded by the support of both of her parents and care team. The Super Jake Super Hero Grant will help ease the financial strain on Crystal’s family as they continue supporting her through lengthy treatments, hospital stays and ongoing care.

Before being diagnosed with neuroblastoma, Sadi was growing up a very happy, healthy kid, loving art, music and being around her family.

Lendell just started cooing to his mom’s voice when he was diagnosed at 3 months old with neuroblastoma.

Sweet 10 year old Kate loves reading books (396 last year alone!), playing softball, piano, and tae kwon do.

Adorable Charlotte was diagnosed with stage IV neuroblastoma. She has undergone chemotherapy, surgery, bone marrow transplant, and radiation.

4 year old Alex was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. Before diagnosis, Alex was full of energy and a very happy, outgoing child who enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Super adorable 5 year old Ethan was diagnosed and is battling intermediate risk neuroblastoma.
