Rex

Rex, a courageous five-year-old boy, relapsed in November 2025 with a new brain tumor.

Rex is a courageous and energetic five-year-old being treated for relapsed neuroblastoma at Comer Children’s Hospital. A huge fan of wrestling, Marvel superheroes, sports, music, and arts and crafts, Rex is known for his big personality, endless strength, and the joy he brings to everyone around him. Rex was first awarded a Super Jake Super Hero Grant in November 2024 during his initial treatment journey, but after bravely reaching remission, he sadly relapsed in November 2025 with a new brain tumor and has now been awarded the Super Jake Relapse Grant. As Rex continues radiation treatments and ongoing care, this grant will help support his family with essential living expenses while they remain focused on helping Rex continue his fight.

Lendell just started cooing to his mom’s voice when he was diagnosed at 3 months old with neuroblastoma.

Sweet 10 year old Kate loves reading books (396 last year alone!), playing softball, piano, and tae kwon do.

Charlotte

Adorable Charlotte was diagnosed with stage IV neuroblastoma. She has undergone chemotherapy, surgery, bone marrow transplant, and radiation.

Alex

4 year old Alex was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. Before diagnosis, Alex was full of energy and a very happy, outgoing child who enjoys spending time with friends and family.
